Debbie heads up our unique member consultancy service for all aspects of managing agency relationships. She and her team provide totally confidential advice from full agency reviews to reviewing and creating Best Practice advice and guidance for members.
Chris is responsible for our financial management, our internal staffing and for our Council and Executive.
Mark brings his expertise on UK media and advertising production. He is available to comment on all media and advertising issues.
Ian heads up the public affairs, regulatory issues and ISBA Comms. With Mike and Bob he is available for comment on advertisers' issues. He convenes both the Public Affairs and the Sustainability Groups.

Mario works with Mark Finney to maintain and enhance the media & trading environment for advertisers, working flexibly with legislators, regulators and industry as necessary. He also runs the AV action group (AVAG).

Bex provides help for members regarding fee benchmarking, contract template requests, agency evaluation guidance, agency search and selection/pitch advice. You can also contact Bex for any general consultancy queries.
Julia’s career began over 25 years ago client side where she remained for 12 years. She then moved into the agency world and has had a multitude of roles spanning across Client Services, Planning and for the past few years specialising in New Business. Julia brings this mixture of experience and knowledge to the Consultancy team, handling consultancy enquiries from our ISBA members.

Paul is in charge of maintaining the ISBA office, from managing building works and security, to seeing all our printing and stationery, and many other office needs are met.
Responsible for all member communications and content.
Claudia can assist with any membership or marketing queries. She is also the first point-of-call to arrange a meeting with the Head of Membership and the rest of the membership team.
