ISBA and The Observatory International launch UK Agency Remuneration report

New report includes insights from top marketing and procurement professionals and best practice advice from experts on creating great client-agency relationships.

The Observatory International is a global management consultancy dedicated to helping companies transform their marketing and communications resources.

The Observatory International has been running Remuneration Workshops for ISBA for almost 15 years. As part of their new partnership arrangement with ISBA, The Observatory International took the opportunity to go to the market and look at how businesses are treating the complex and difficult area of agency remuneration.

This report is based upon an online survey undertaken with ISBA members in November 2019 and supplemented with a number of face-to-face in-depth interviews with senior marketing, procurement and agency leaders to add context to the findings.

The report also drew on findings from two previous studies undertaken by The Observatory International on behalf of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) – The Global Agency Remuneration Study (2018) and Effective Agency Management (2019).
