ISBA opens up two new job opportunities

ISBA has created two new roles within its Agency Services and Membership teams which are open for applications immediately.

The two vacancies are:

Agency Services Manager: This is a key role in a team of three and will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and learning to ISBA members in marketing, procurement and legal functions to promote best practice in the use of core, and emerging, agency and consultancy services. Candidates are likely to have a career background in agencies, clients or both. Insights from both client and agency perspectives would be advantageous as would experience of agency selection management.

Membership Manager: The role involves working with ISBA’s head of membership to improve engagement and awareness of ISBA throughout all its member companies. The membership manager will build and maintain a detailed understanding of all ISBA’s activities in order to brief and update members to encourage engagement and awareness. ISBA is looking for candidates with at least three years working in a comms/marketing role.

“These are new, but essential, jobs in the heart of ISBA and each will play a crucial role as ISBA continues to serve its members in the best way possible,” said Jane Pinn, head of membership, ISBA.

“Ultimately, the agency services manager will ensure we keep providing marketers and brands with the best agency management support and the membership manager will be actively briefing and updating our membership on the key services ISBA offers them.”

“At ISBA, we are a relatively small team, which works hard for its members,” Jane added. “But it is an exciting, inspiring and friendly environment and if you enjoy working in the advertising and media industries, you’ll enjoy the importance of the role ISBA fulfills for its membership.”
