ISBA publishes 2018/2019 Agency Charge Out Rate Report

ISBA has published its 2018/2019 Agency Charge Out Rate Report for members.

Its findings will give the ISBA membership the opportunity to compare their own negotiated agency personnel rates against pooled data figures inputted from across the ISBA membership.

“We know this is an invaluable resource and one of our most popular flagship publications,” says Phil Smith, ISBA director general. “As ever, the 2018/19 report is fascinating reading and should be the perfect resource for sense-checking that you are getting the best value from your agency relationships.”

This year’s report has been presented to help make comparisons easier and includes job titles representative of current agency structures, such as performance and digital roles such as SEO, PPC and influencer Marketing.

ISBA reminds its members that they should remember when using these rates that they are not ISBA recommended rates. They are purely an indication of what is happening in the market.

The study was conducted among ISBA members between October 2018 and January 2019 and represents more than 140 agency agreements from 40 brands. All responses were completed anonymously and data was analysed by an external third party in compliance with competition law.

This year’s report is available, for members only, on the ISBA web site at: https:/bit.ly/2VvkXst.
