ISBA’s Agency Charge Out Rate Benchmarking Survey

As a client, how do you know you are getting the best value from your agencies?

ISBA’s Agency Charge Out Rate Benchmarking Survey gives members the opportunity to compare their own negotiated agency personnel rates against pooled data figures built from across the ISBA membership.

The pool is refreshed with new data every two years and the third iteration of the online survey, which has been updated to make comparison easier and include more performance and digital roles such as SEO, PPC and Influencer Marketing, has just been launched!

All members working with digital, social media, PR, ATL/creative, BTL and media agencies are invited to input their current negotiated agency rates. The survey is conducted for ISBA by a specialist benchmarking consultancy, the Centre for Interfirm Comparison (CIFC) for Competition Law reasons and to ensure all data remain confidential.
