ISBA's response to CAP and BCAP implementing LHF advertising restrictions

CAP/BCAP has consulted on the final guidance which will be published for advertisers to help them comply with the new ‘Less Healthy’ food and drink restrictions (LHF) – the 9pm TV/ODPS watershed and paid-for online ban on LHF ads coming into effect in October 2025.

ISBA has responded to the consultation, following input from our members who make up our Food & Drink Working Group. You can find our response below.

We expect that CAP/BCAP will publish the final guidance, and accompanying tools for advertisers, around May 2024.
