Following the launch of the All In Action Plan last year we have now developed our second phase of actions and this session is the sixth of a series of deeper dives into each one. It will cover the benefits of retaining older talent and talk through our reverse learning programme which provides a mutually beneficial opportunity to learn, unlearn and relearn from each other. There will also be a chance to ask questions and find out how to access further support.
