Geraint Lloyd-Taylor, Partner, Co-Head of the Advertising & Marketing Law, Head of Regulatory Group at Lewis Silkin.
Geraint advises some of the biggest and best-known brands in the world, and numerous leading ad agencies, in relation to their advertising campaigns and related contractual issues. His clients also include prominent influencers and trade bodies. He advises in relation to all types of creative content across all media, including social media; cutting edge matters, including environmental claims and generative AI. Geraint frequently provides strategic advice for UK, multi-jurisdictional and global campaigns. He is experienced in successfully defending clients in relation to ASA complaints/investigations, as well as independent reviews, and CMA investigations.
In his work he deals with a range of issues, including intellectual property queries (copyright, moral rights, trade marks, passing off, etc), as well as complex regulatory issues.
