Since the launch of this guide, “we” as an industry and society have continued to evolve. Issues of representation and inclusion are now often at the forefront of our minds, supported by guidance such as the BRiM framework, addressing principles and commitments to improve representation – and the WFA guide which looks at potential bias in the creative process.
‘Diversity and inclusion’ has evolved and this follow up guide aims to address how we, as individuals and as an industry, can grow with these ongoing developments.
