Background
In 2016 ISBA created the first ever terms for the appointment of social talent. The forms were designed for marketers who were employing talent directly or via an agency.
In 2018 these were updated in partnership with law firm Lewis Silkin and included an additional contract for micro-influencers
These contracts are available for the entire industry to use.
The contracts
- ISBA Influencer Template: Long form - with service company (2022)
This is for use when a marketer is signing an agreement with an influencer via an advertising or talent agency.
- ISBA Influencer Template: Long form - without service company (2018)
This is for use when a marketer is signing an agreement directly with an influencer.
- ISBA Micro Influencer Template (2018)
This is for use when a marketer is signing an agreement with an influencer for a one off or low value campaign.
