ISBA's response to CAP & BCAP's further consultation on the implementation of LHF ad restrictions

CAP/BCAP has completed a further consultation on the guidance which will be published for advertisers to help them comply with the new ‘less healthy’ food and drink restrictions (LHF) – the 9pm TV/ODPS watershed and paid-for online ban on LHF ads coming into effect on 1 October 2025.

ISBA has responded to the consultation, following input from our members who make up our Food & Drink Working Group. You can find our response below (ISBA members only).

CAP/BCAP will evaluate the consultation responses over April and is expected to publish the final guidance in May.
