The Media Services Framework is a comprehensive agreement designed to govern the relationship between advertisers and their media agencies. The 2025 framework takes transparency to the next level and addresses agency non-compliance in proprietary media. It also refines the Generative AI elements, making them more accessible for advertisers to implement.
