In our May Insight & Effectiveness Steering Group meeting we were joined by Matt Hill, Director of Research & Planning at ThinkBox and Jane Christian, MD Analytics & Insight at EssenceMediacom who shared their latest Profitability 2 research "the new business case for advertising".
We were then joined by Mark Thompson, Experience Director of MESH on their goal of helping brands understand their 'share of experience' and encompassing more consumer touchpoints outside of advertising into an effectiveness model.
