In this session, global marketing consultancy R3 will review the implications of these strategic swings and seismic shifts within the UK agency landscape, and highlight the top priorities in 2025 for agency management.

We will look at how to manage your agency relationships and the importance of communication in this process.
11:35 – 1:00 Output-Based Compensation: What You Need to Know
Join R3 as they walk participants through the process of moving towards an output-based compensation model. What are the considerations before you start? What is the process of changing your compensation model? Global marketing consultancy R3 will also address best practice, common challenges, and how marketing procurement teams can build a business case. This includes a member workshop.

2:00 – 4:00: Improving creative and media agency performance
This 2 hour workshop will dive into various drivers of agency performance and how procurement can impact them. With a large focus on how to build effective performance related fees for both creative and media services. ID Comms and Alchemists will join us to share some of their insights.
